CR Tester.PR: a device to diagnose and to test Common Rail injectors
The objective of CR Tester.PR device is testing, efficiency testing (form and intensity of spraying, the volumetric efficiency), and restoration of electromagnetic injector fuel supply system Common Rail of BOSCH, DENSO, DELPHI, Piezo Siemens companies.
Device "CR-Tester.PR" provides:
- Programming of any of the required forms of the control signal (pulse duration of the opening set, the duration of pauses, the number of pulses, pulse repetition period of the cycles and the number of cycles);
- Injector response time measure;
- Manual or automatic control of pressure;
- Selection of applied pressure sensor - 4 types;
- Hydrodensity mode determination;
- Automatic protection against over-current overload;
- Automatic saving of operating parameters;
- 4 control channels to connect injectors,
- 2 channels to operate pressure.
